		Combine sugar and whipping cream in a

		Cook over medium heat until sugar; stirring

		Constantly Combine orange juice and
		; cornstarch. Mix
		Well and add to hot cream mixture. Remove
		; from heat.
		Beat egg yolk in small bowl until thick.
		; Stir about 1/4
		Hot mixture into yolk; then add to
		; remaining hot
		Mixture; stirring constantly. Cook until
		; thickened.
		Remove from heat and stir in honey and
		; vanilla. Yield: 1
