Tropical cream dressing for fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Chutney; (15mL)
2 tablespoons Sugar; (25mL)
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon; (3mL)
¾ cup Creamed cottage cheese; (200mL)
3 ounces Cream cheese; (113mL)
¼ teaspoon Curry powder; (1mL)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together using medium speed on an electric mixer.

Serve over a mixture of tropical fruits such as papaya, mango, pineapple, bananas etc.

Yield : approx. 1¼ cups (300mL).
