Orange cream shake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Pineapple-orange juice;
2 tablespoons Instant non-fat dry milk;
Sugar substitute equivalent 1 tb sugar
½ teaspoon Orange extract;
1 cup Ice; crushed
¼ cup Frozen whipped topping; thawed

Directions

In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend until all slush consistency. Serve immediately. 2 (1 cup) servings.
