Orange-cream cheese frosting

½ cup Low-fat cottage cheese
1 pack (8-ounce) reduced-fat cream cheese; softened
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 cup Sifted powdered sugar

Directions

Process cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add cream cheese, vanilla, and orange rind; process until smooth. Add powdered sugar; pulse 3 to 5 times or until smooth. Makes 1½ cups.
