Orange-tarragon carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Carrots; peeled sliced 1/2\" coins
cup Orange juice;
2 tablespoons Honey;
1 teaspoon Butter =OR=-
1 teaspoon Margarine;
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon;
¼ teaspoon Salt;
dash Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in 1½ microwave-safe carssole. Cover and microwave on high 9 to 12 minutes, or until carrots are tender, stirring every 4 minutes. Let stand covered, 3 minutes before serving. Food Exchange per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE (I think or sure would make it work for the everloving diabetic, NO!)
