Orange-tarragon carrots

⅓ | cup | Orange juice; |
2 | tablespoons | Honey; |
1 | teaspoon | Butter =OR=- |
1 | teaspoon | Margarine; |
½ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon; |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt; |
dash | Pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in 1½ microwave-safe carssole. Cover and microwave on high 9 to 12 minutes, or until carrots are tender, stirring every 4 minutes. Let stand covered, 3 minutes before serving. Food Exchange per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE (I think or sure would make it work for the everloving diabetic, NO!)
