Oriental chicken marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Sherry Or Rice Wine
2 tablespoons Dehydrated Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 tablespoon Hot Oil
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Grated Ginger Root
1 tablespoon Fermented Black Beans

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a zip-Lock freezer bag. Shake well and mix. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat all parts. Place in refrigerator for at least four hours, turning every hour. Remove chicken, savving the marinade for basting. Grill chicken over medium hot coals, basting as needed until done. Do Not use remaining marinade as a dipping sauce as it will be contaminated from the raw chicken.
