Orzo corn chowder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Orzo; uncooked
¼ pounds Bacon; diced
½ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Fresh Parsley; chopped
2 cups Chicken -Or- Vegetable Broth
2 cups Milk
1 can Kernel Or Cream Style Corn
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Cook Orzo according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon and drain. Add onion and parsley to pan and cook until soft. Stir in cooked orzo, corn, broth, milk and pepper. Heat to serving temp; do not boil.
