roast for 10-12 minutes
roast for 5-12 minutes depending on their size
Oil or butter (opt)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 325øF. Spread the nuts in a shallow pan.

For dry-roasted:

: pine nuts roast for 5-7 minutes : almonds roast for 6-7 minutes For oil-roasted:

: peanuts mix « cup peanuts with « tsp peanut oil, : walnuts mix « cup walnut piece or halves with « tsp butter Store in a covered jar at room temperature for up to one week.
