Overnight french toast croissants

Ingredients

4 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Whipping cream; or cereal |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | Orange peel; finely grated | |
8 | Dry croissants | |
½ | cup | Maple Syrup |
1 | Orange; sliced |
Directions
Grease 13 x 9" baking pan and set aside.
In large bowl, combine egg mixture ingredients and beat until well blended.
Dip croissants into egg mixture, turning once. Place in prepared pan. Pour any extra egg mixture over croissants. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375F. Bake croissants, covered, 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup and orange slices.
