Oyster sauce for fillet of sole

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Oyster liquid
½ cup Heavy cream or evaporated
Milk

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour & stir. When mixture starts to bubble, add cream & oyster liquid, little by little, stirring constantly until it becomes a smooth thick sauce. Pour over fillets & serve.
