Oysters and wild rice casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Wild rice
½ cup Margarine
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ pint Whipping cream
1 pint Oysters; well drained
Salt & pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook rice according to the package directions. Make a sauce of the soup, cream, onion powder, curry powder, salt & pepper & ½ cup of cheese.

Butter a 9x13-inch casserole. Put a layer of rice, a layer of oysters, and a layer of sauce. Top with remaining cheese & bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
