Paradise salsa with beer (cayman)

2 | cups | Tomatoes; cut into 1/4\" Cubes |
2 | Serrano chilis; finely Chopped | |
2 | tablespoons | Cilantro; finely chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar; or more, if needed |
¼ | cup | Mexican beer |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
2 | Limes; juice |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 min. before serving Oh, feel free to consume the rest of the beer while waiting! Makes 2 cups
