Parsley ``gravy''

½ | cup | Cashew nuts |
1½ | tablespoon | Arrowroot powder (or 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour) 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce |
2 | Celery sticks | |
⅛ | teaspoon | Celery seed powder |
Directions
Using a blender, blend everything till smooth. Carefully simmer in a saucepan until thick. Add ¼ chopped parsley and serve. From: Jay Stevens Date: 10-11-93
