Parsley ``gravy''

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Water
½ cup Cashew nuts
tablespoon Arrowroot powder (or 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour) 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 Celery sticks
teaspoon Celery seed powder

Directions

Using a blender, blend everything till smooth. Carefully simmer in a saucepan until thick. Add ¼ chopped parsley and serve. From: Jay Stevens Date: 10-11-93
