Party ham ring

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin cold water
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
cup Ham; cooked; diced
1 cup Celery; sliced
¼ cup Parsely; chopped
3 tablespoons Green onion; chopped

Directions

Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened; whip until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5-½ cup ring mold. Chill until firm. MM Wrenn Source: Military Officers' Wives: Holiday Cookbook
