Party ham ring

Ingredients

| 1 | Envelope unflavored gelatin cold water | |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Pepper to taste | ||
| 1½ | cup | Ham; cooked; diced |
| 1 | cup | Celery; sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Parsely; chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Green onion; chopped |
Directions
Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened; whip until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5-½ cup ring mold. Chill until firm. MM Wrenn Source: Military Officers' Wives: Holiday Cookbook
