10 Eggs
1 cup Water
½ cup Potato flour
¾ pounds Ground, chopped liver
1 Small onion,chopped,browned
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

FILLING

Beat eggs, blend potato flour and water and add to eggs, beat. Heat frying pan and using very small amounts of fat pour enough batter into pan to cover bottom thinly, brown bottom side only and overturn onto towell.

Place small amount of liver on ½ leaf on browned side and roll up (like cigar size). Fry on both size
