Tuck's grilled salmon with teriyaki glaze

½ | tablespoon | Thyme |
½ | tablespoon | Oregano |
½ | tablespoon | Black pepper |
½ | tablespoon | Salt |
½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
½ | tablespoon | Granulated garlic |

¼ | cup | Orange juice |
3 | tablespoons | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
Directions
Combine all dry rub ingredients and set aside. Mix teriyaki glaze ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside. Spray a light layer of oil onto the fish, and apply dry rub liberally to both sides. Place on grill for five minutes, then flip and apply glaze. Grill for another five minutes until the salmon is firm. Reapply unused glaze before serving. Serves 2.
