Pasta with sun dried tomatoes, prawn and basil

Ingredients

300 grams Wholewheat pasta spirals; (10oz)
750 grams Tomatoes; skinned, de-seeded
; and chopped roughly
; (1 1/2 lb )
100 grams Sun-dried tomatoes in seasoned oil; drained and chopped
; roughly (3 1/2oz)
250 grams Peeled prawns; thawed if frozen
; (8oz)
4 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil

Directions

GENERAL

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water according to the packet instructions or until ''al dente'' (tender but still slightly firm to the bite).

Drain pasta and return to the pan.

Add the fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes to the pasta, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the prawns and basil, and season with pepper.

Stir well and cook for further 5 minutes before serving in warmed bowls.
