Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Chocolate Chips |
| 1¼ | cup | Scalded Coffee Cream |
| 2 | larges | Eggs |
| 4 | tablespoons | Rum Or Brandy |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until well mixed.
Pour into dessert glasses and chill until firm. It doesn't get much easier than that. From: Syd's Cookbook.
