Pate de picate (chicken liver spread)

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken livers
1 tablespoon Chicken fat or oil
1 x Onion, medium
3 xes Eggs, hard boiled
1 x Mayonnaise
1 x Salt, garlic salt or garlic juice

Directions

Fry livers until well done. Put livers, eggs and onion through meat grinder. Add fat or oil, salt, garlic; mix well. Add mayo to desired consistency.
