1 | tablespoon | Chicken fat or oil |
1 | x | Onion, medium |
3 | xes | Eggs, hard boiled |
1 | x | Mayonnaise |
1 | x | Salt, garlic salt or garlic juice |
Directions
Fry livers until well done. Put livers, eggs and onion through meat grinder. Add fat or oil, salt, garlic; mix well. Add mayo to desired consistency.
