Peanut butter & honey crunchies

Ingredients

5 cups Multi-grain Cheerios
1 cup Spanish peanuts
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Banana chips
1 pack Vanilla pudding mix, not
Instant (4 serv)
½ cup Honey
½ cup Peanut butter

Directions

Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15 x 10. Mix cereal, peanuts, raisins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding mix and honey in 1 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until evenly coated.

Spread in pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes; break into bite-size pieces.

Store snack in covered container at room temperature or in refrigerator.
