Peanut butter brownies #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Sifted flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Crunchy peanut butter
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Chopped peanuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350oF. Sift flour and salt together into bowl. In separate bowl, cream peanut butter, butter and vanilla together; gradually add brown sugar, beating until well blended. Add eggs one at at time; beat well after each addition. Blend in flour. Stir in peanuts.

Spoon batter into greased 8" square baking pan; spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is firm. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then cut into squares. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
