Peanut butter casserole

1 pounds Ground round steak
cup Cooked rice
¾ cup Peanut butter
1 cup Carrots, sliced
¾ cup Tomato sauce
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Onion, large chopped
2 Eggs
¼ cup Green peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Directions - Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
