Peanut butter marinated ribs

½ cup Peanut butter
½ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 pounds Pork ribs

Directions

In bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and red pepper; stir to blend. Place ribs is shallow baking pan; pour marinade evenly over meat. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, turning meat once. Prepare grill for cooking. Wipe excess marinade from meat. Cook turning frequently, 45-60 minutes. Source: Woman's Day Meals in Minutes.
