Pear and cottage cheese salad

Ingredients

1 can (large) Pear halves, (1 lb, 13-oz. can)
1 teaspoon Orange or Lemon rind, , grated
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
1 cup Mayonnaise, (Hellman's)
1 Carton (8-oz.) Cottage cheese
Grapes, (opt.)
Salad greens

Directions

Drain pears, reserve ¼ cup juice. Blend reserved juice, grated rind and lemon juice into Mayonnaise. Arrange pear halves, cottage cheese and grapes on salad greens. Serve dressing on the side.
