Pear and tuna salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Fresh; ripe USA Pears,
Cored and sliced
1 can Water-packed tuna; (7 oz.)
1 cup Green pepper strips and shredded cabbage
cup Bottled low-calorie Italian dressing
Lettuce

Directions

Reserve 3 slices and dice remaining pears. Drain tuna; break into large chunks. Combine diced pears, tuna, green pepper and cabbage. Toss with dressing. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with reserved pear slices.

Pass additional dressing if desired.

Always be sure to use ripe pears.
