Peas and peanut slaw

Ingredients

10 | ounces | Frozen peas; |
2 | cups | Cabbage; finely shredded |
1 | Green onions; thinly sliced | |
½ | cup | Slaw dressing; (purchased homemade) |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt; |
1 | dash | Pepper; |
¼ | teaspoon | Curry powder; |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard; |
1 | teaspoon | White-wine vinegar; |
¾ | cup | Salted peanuts; |
Directions
Place peas in colander and run hot water over them until thawed. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine peas, cabbage and onion. In a large bowl, combine remaining slaw dressing, salt, pepper, curry, mustard and vinegar. Blend dreesing into cabbage mixture and toss lightly.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, pour peanuts on top of salad.
