Peas and peanut slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 ounces Frozen peas;
2 cups Cabbage; finely shredded
1 Green onions; thinly sliced
½ cup Slaw dressing; (purchased homemade)
¼ teaspoon Salt;
1 dash Pepper;
¼ teaspoon Curry powder;
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard;
1 teaspoon White-wine vinegar;
¾ cup Salted peanuts;

Directions

Place peas in colander and run hot water over them until thawed. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine peas, cabbage and onion. In a large bowl, combine remaining slaw dressing, salt, pepper, curry, mustard and vinegar. Blend dreesing into cabbage mixture and toss lightly.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, pour peanuts on top of salad.
