Penne pasta with tuna

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (7 oz) tuna; drained optional
½ cup Walnuts
1 Lemon's rind
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Chopped parsley
4 Fresh basil leaves
½ cup Olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 pounds Penne pasta

Directions

Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.

Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
