Peppers, peas and rice

Ingredients

1 large Green pepper
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 pack Frozen peas (10 oz)
cup Cooked brown rice

Directions

Cut up green pepper and saute over medium heat in olive oil until the pepper begins to soften. Stir in soy sauce, water, and brown sugar.

Stir until sugar melts and sauce is well blended. Add frozen peas and cooked brown rice. Stir and simmer until all ingredients are hot.
