2 Pheasants-disjointed
2 cups Carrots-diced
1 cup Onions-diced
1 cup Cabbage-shredded
2 cups Potatoes-diced
2 tablespoons Fat
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Clean and wash pheasants and cover with water. Add carrots, onions and cabbage, cook slowly until tender. Combine potatoes, fat, salt and pepper, continue cooking meat and vegetables until an are tender. Add dumplings and cook for fifteen minutes without lifting the cover.
