Philly chocolate sauce

| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | ounce | Unsweetened Chocolate Squares |
| 2 | cups | Sifted powdered sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice cream or cake.
Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.
