¼ c fresh lime juice

¼ c grated lime peel

: Freshly ground black pepper In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, red onion, green onion, carrot, olives, jalapeno peppers, garlic, parsley, cilantro, lime juice, lime peel, and salt and pepper to taste.
