Sugar-glazed ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Cooked ham -- bone-in 7 lbs
1 cup Packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Mustard -- prepared
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar

Directions

Score ham about ½ in. deep with a sharp knife. Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 325 deg. for 2 to 2½ hours ( 20 minutes per Pound). Combine brown sugar, mustard and enough vinegar to make a thick paste. During the last hour of baking, brush glaze on ham every 15 min. Yield: 10 to 14 servings.
