Pineapple salsa 4

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Whole fresh pineapple, chopped up very finely
1 Whole fresh mango, done the same
6 Orange habaneros (I've done it with 4 Red Savina's, does the trick pretty warmly)
1 Red pepper, chopped finely
4 Green onions (scallions), chopped finely
1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, chopped finely

Directions

Here's a recipe for pineapple salsa that I can't remember from whence it came. I've modified the original one a bit, so you may want to modify it to your tastes.

Combine all ingredients and chill in the 'fridge before serving.
