Pistachio raisin bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ cup Water, Heated to 80-85 deg
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Honey
3 cups Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1⅓ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Yeast
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Pistachio nuts

Directions

Add first six ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Bang sides to settle ingredients. Make well in center and add yeast. Set on Sweet cycle.

Add raisins and nuts at beep (or after first kneading). Makes a 2 pound loaf.
