Pizza ginger (bw)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Ready bake pizza crust
12 ounces Boneless sirloin steak trimmed
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
Inch piece ginger root peeled & grated
1 Clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Chili sauce
1 tablespoon Corn oil
1 small Red pepper, seeded & diced
½ teaspoon Cornstarch salt & pepper to taste
6 eaches Green onions, sliced

Directions

Cut steak into very thin slivers & place in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste, sherry, ginger, garlic, oil, cornstarch & chili sauce; mix well. Cover & refrigerate for ½ hour; stir occasionally.

Add onions & red peppers, to beef mixture & spread on pizza shell.

Bake for 7 -10 minutes at 450 degrees.
