Poppyseed fruit salad

½ Canteloupe
1 Sweet pineapple
300 grams Seedless green grapes
300 grams Seedless purple grapes
1 Punnet of blueberries
1 Punnet of strawberries
1 Mango
2 tablespoons Poppy seeds
2 tablespoons Seseme seeds
3 tablespoons Beehive Co honey*
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Sour cream
5 tablespoons Orange juice
2 Limes; juice of

Directions

Peel and cut the cantelope, pineapple and mango into large chunks. Wash berries and grapes and add to the fruit bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients together until smooth then toss with the fruit. Toss with sesame and poppyseeds and chill.
