Pork chops 'n cabbage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Pork chops
1 large Onion -- sliced
Salt and pepper
1 Head Cabbage
Milk

Directions

Brown pork chops. Turn chops to brown second side; adding onion slices. Arrange browned chops in a greased 9x13 casserole with onion slices around them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice cabbage thin; spread over chops. Pour milk over all until just barely covered. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chops are tender. (Cabbage will cook down considerably.)
