Pork chops bettina

6 | Pork chops; 3/4 inch thick | |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Salt and pepper (up to) | ||
5 | mediums | Potatoes; peeled, sliced |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Flour (or more) |
1 | cup | Milk |
Directions
Salt and pepper chops; brown in oil. Place in shallow oven pan. Arrange potatoes on top and around sides of chops. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion on chops; then flour. Pour milk gently into pan to almost cover chops.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes longer to brown.
