Pork chops pacifico

½ | cup | Hoisin sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Miso |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Schezuan chili sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Rice wine |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Chinese Five Spice powder |
4 | Pork loin chops; (6 oz each), cut 3/4 in thick |
Directions
Make marinade: Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a non metal dish and blend well.
Add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight or several hours, turning pork chops at least one.
To grill: Over hot coals, place pork chops on grill coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Sear the chops for 1 minute on each side. Cover grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer registers 155 degrees.
