4 | pounds | Boneless Pork Loin |
1 | can | Guava Marmalade; (20 oz.) |
1 | medium | Onion |
1 | tablespoon | Powder Mustard |
Salt and Pepper to taste |
Directions
Cut any fat left on the tenderloin, then salt and pepper the meat well.
Using a food processor, blend the marmalade, onion and the mustard powder.
Pour over the meat and bake at 350 degrees for about 1½ hours or until the meat thermometer reads 170 degrees to 185 degrees.
