2 larges Potatoes; ** see note
2 Scallions; sliced ---dressing-----
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 large Clove; crushed
1 small Red onion; sliced thin into
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

* cut into 2-inch lengths, steamed ** cooked until just soft, peeled, cubed

Combine beans, potatoes, and scallions. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
