ounce Water; 80 degrees F
2 cups Bread Flour
cup Instant Potato Flakes
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter; cut into 4 pieces
teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Directions

FOR 1 POUND LOAF
