Potatoes & cottage cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Potatoes,cooked,diced
½ pounds Cottage cheese
1 Onion,medium,grated
2 teaspoons Salt
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Parsley,chopped
¼ cup American cheese,shredded

Directions

1. Put diced potatoes in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.

2. Mix remaining ingredients except American cheese; pour over potatoes.

3. Top mixture with shredded American cheese; bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes.
