½ | Red pepper - remove stem; seeds and white | |

1 | medium | Melon - diced |
2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 | teaspoon | Tomato ketchup |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
MARIE-ROSE SAUCE
Cut squid into small rings. Bring ¼ pint / 150ml water to the boil and poach squid for 2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool. Mix together the squid, prawns, red pepper, apple, melon and celery. Serve with cocktail sauce on top.
