Pseudo-mexican coffee

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Sticks (3-inch) cinnamon
1 Vanilla bean; split lengthwise
¾ cup Ground dark roast coffee
10 cups Water
½ cup Whipping cream
1 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
Coffee liqueur

Directions

Place cinnamon in coffee pot. Scrape in vanilla seeds and add pod. Brew coffee with 10 cups water. Whip cream to soft peaks. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into cups; add liqueur to taste. Top with cream.
