Mexican hot chocolate

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Milk
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
6 ounces Sweet cooking chocolate --
Chopped
½ cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Sugar
6 Cinnamon sticks

Directions

Heat milk with cinnamon until steaming. Pour into blender. Add chocolate and blend until frothy. Whip cream with sugar until stiff.

Pour hot chocolate into cups. Top with whipped cream. Garnish each cup with a cinnamon stick. Serves 6.
