250 grams Black glutinous rice; soaked for 2 hrs
½ litre Thick coconut milk
litre Thin coconut milk
4 Pandan leaves
Salt to taste
2 Pieces palm sugar
50 grams Granulated sugar

Wash and drain black glutinous rice. Add salt, thin coconut milk and pandan leaves. Boil till mixture is thick and grains are tender. Add palm sugar and granulated sugar. Stir till dissolved. Add water if preferred.

Remove from heat. Serve hot in individual bowls. Pour thick coconut milk on top.
