1 cup Corn Meal; (Mixed Fine & Course)
1 cup Rye
1 cup Whole Wheat
3 teaspoons Bran
teaspoon Salt
1⅛ cup Water
3 tablespoons Molasses; honey; or sugar
tablespoon Dry milk; or dry buttermilk
teaspoon Brotgewurtz; (a German mixture of anis; fennel; and corriander - either whole seed or ground)
teaspoon Yeast
tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
1 tablespoon Cocoa

Directions

This gives a dark bread; fairly moist, with lots of texture.
