Quick and spicy chicken and rice

2 cups Water
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Uncooked instant rice
3 cups Frozen broccoli cuts
1 Jar; (8 oz) pasteurized process cheese sauce WITH jalapeno peppers
8 ounces Cooked chicken breast; cubed

Directions

Recipe By : Easy Weeknight Meals In large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice and broccoli; return to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Stir in cheese sauce and chicken; cook over low heat for 2-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
