Quick bean salad with tuna

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
7 ounces (198g) can of solid light
Tuna, drained
19 ounces (540ml) romano beans, rinsed
And drained
½ cup Thinly sliced or diced red
Onion
2 Italian plum tomatoes in
Wedges
½ cup Sliced black olives
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley,finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil.

Pour over mixture. Toss to coat and serve. Additional oil and lemon juice may be added if desired. Source: The Toronto Star Newspaper, July 30th, 1996.
